Inspired by Chappelle Roan’s hit female anthem, we’ve strived to bring creativity, innovative thought and true collective empowerment to center stage. A “Feminominom” is more than a movement, it’s a philosophy.
“Femininomenon” is a combination of “feminine” and “phenomenon” (def. a remarkable person, thing, or event).

When and where will Elevate Rochester take place?
Elevate is a full day event that will take place on April 3rd at Arbor Midtown, our city's newest and chicest venue, located at 183 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604.

Is this venue ADA friendly?
We have 1 mainstage area and 2 breakout rooms. There is 1 breakout room that is only accessible by stairs, but no worries! This room will be livestreamed on the Stella Foundation Linkedin page and recorded.
Does EWS accommodate hard of hearing/deaf individuals?
Unfortunately, EWS does not have the resources to accommodate individuals who experience hearing loss or deafness at this time. Please email rylie@stella.co if you fall within this category and wish to attend EWS 2025. We want to do our best to accommodate all!

Do you offer scholarship tickets?
We are excited to offer scholarship tickets for the Elevate Women's Summit in Rochester, NY specifically designed for currently enrolled college or high school students in the Western New York (WNY) area. This opportunity aims to empower young women by providing access to valuable insights, networking opportunities, and inspiration from influential leaders in various fields, fostering personal and professional growth. To request a scholarship ticket, please submit your application along with proof of enrollment by [deadline]. *School required on Check In.

What is your refund policy?
Tickets are refundable under the following conditions:
- More than 30 days out from April 18th - Full refund (minus fees)
- Between 30 and 15 days from April 18th - 50% refund (minus fees)
- Less than 15 days out - No refund

Parking is in the Stone Street Garage directly adjacent to Arbor Midtown. Please enter the building through the main entrance on E. Main Street directly into the lobby where you will find registration.
